  • Reporting Issues: If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  1. Condition of the Item

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  1. Required Evidence for Claims

To ensure a fair resolution for damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide supporting evidence. Please share the following via WhatsApp:

  • A video or photo of the original packaging (including the shipping label).
  • A clear video or photo of the product itself, showing the damage or the wrong item received.

Claims submitted without visual evidence may not be processed.

  1. Refund Methods

Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued via:

  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa
  • Processing Time: 2–4 working days.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Store Responsibility: UmnyMart covers shipping costs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Customer Responsibility: The customer covers shipping costs for “change of mind” returns or if the wrong product/size was ordered by the buyer.
