- Standard Returns: You have 7 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item.
- Reporting Issues: If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Condition of the Item
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
- Required Evidence for Claims
To ensure a fair resolution for damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide supporting evidence. Please share the following via WhatsApp:
- A video or photo of the original packaging (including the shipping label).
- A clear video or photo of the product itself, showing the damage or the wrong item received.
Claims submitted without visual evidence may not be processed.
- Refund Methods
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued via:
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash
- EasyPaisa
- Processing Time: 2–4 working days.
- Shipping Costs
- Store Responsibility: UmnyMart covers shipping costs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer covers shipping costs for “change of mind” returns or if the wrong product/size was ordered by the buyer.
